REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy
At HumaSpan, we believe in giving our products enough time to show results. Since the benefits of our supplements typically begin to show after consistent use over a period of time, we offer a 90-day return policy.

  • How it works:
    To be eligible for a refund, you must take the product consistently for 90 days. If you have only taken a 1 or 2 month supply, you most likely have not given the product enough time to start delivering anticipated results. Therefore, after completing the 90-day period, if you are still not satisfied, you have an additional 30 days to request a return.

  • Return process:
    Simply reach out to us within 30 days after the 90th day of consistent use. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll provide a return shipping label for you to send back your bottles. Once we receive the returned bottles, we will refund you in the amount of 1 months supply (your 3rd month). 

  • Consistency is Key: It’s essential to use HumaSpan products daily for at least 90 days. If you have only taken one or two months' supply, or have used the product in an erratic way, you may not experience results.

  • Return Process:

    • Contact us for a return shipping label.
    • We will provide you with the label to return the bottles.
    • Upon receiving the returned product, we will issue your refund. Please note that shipping and restocking fees apply ($10 per transaction for both shipping and restocking).
  • Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned product. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to process the credit.

Subscriptions
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will promptly cancel your subscription, ensuring no future charges or shipments occur. Please note that if a subscription has already been processed at the time of your request, we will be unable to cancel that months subscription. Subscriptions must be canceled 48 Hours prior to your next subscription order.
