🔁 Subscription Policy: Refunds & Cancellations

We value transparency and fairness. Please review our simple policy below to understand how we manage your subscription.

1. Billing & Renewal

  • Subscriptions renew automatically on the schedule you select.

  • You’ll receive an email reminder before each renewal so you can modify, skip, or cancel before your next billing date.

  • Charges are processed using your saved payment method unless updated in your portal.

2. Cancellation

  • You may cancel at any time through your subscription portal: Manage Subscription.

  • To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancellations must be made before the next billing date.

  • Once an order has processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Refunds & Returns

  • Because our products are consumable and manufactured for quality and safety, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

  • Unopened items may be eligible for a refund if returned and received unopened within 14 days of delivery.

  • Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method.

4. Address & Payment Updates

  • You are responsible for keeping your shipping address and payment information current in your account.

  • Orders shipped to an outdated address or failed payments will not be refunded but can be corrected for future deliveries.
